Zari Newman, BA

Zari Newman is a Graduate Student Research Assistant for the MOCHA Lab. She is currently an MSPH student studying Health Education and Health Communication at the Bloomberg School of Public Health. She graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a B.A. In Public Health and a B.A. In Sociology in May 2025. Her research interests are vast and include sexual and reproductive health, LGBTQ+ health, substance use prevention and recovery, and maternal and child health.
