Veronica Helms

Bloomberg Fellow

Veronica was a Presidential Management Fellow with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and now works as a Social Science Analyst with the Office of Policy Development and Research. Her work focuses on health and housing initiatives and aligns with her interest in the intersections of adolescent health, housing assistance programs, and neighborhoods.  Veronica’s research focuses on quantifying the health characteristics of HUD-assisted children, youth, and families.  Veronica is a current doctoral student in the Health Equity and Social Justice concentration at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
