Tiffinee Scott (she/her/hers) is the Recovery Community Organizer for the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence–Maryland (NCADD-MD), where she focuses on advocacy, community engagement, behavioral health equity, and policy reform. A native of Baltimore, Maryland, Tiffinee brings over 30 years of experience in public health and safety. 
At NCADD-MD, she uplifts the voices of individuals with lived experience, championing trauma-informed, culturally responsive policies that reduce stigma and improve access to care. She leads statewide initiatives that strengthen the behavioral health workforce. Tiffinee is dedicated to building equitable public health systems and policies that support wellness, dignity, and inclusion for individuals and families impacted by substance misuse, overdose, behavioral health conditions and recovery in Maryland.

The National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence–Maryland (NCADD-MD) is a statewide nonprofit organization committed to promoting recovery and improving public policy related to substance use disorders. Through education, advocacy, and community collaboration, NCADD-MD advances policies that increase access to prevention, treatment, harm reduction, and recovery support services. The organization serves as a critical voice in Maryland’s behavioral health landscape, championing equity-based approaches centered on the lived experiences of individuals and families affected by alcohol, addiction and recovery. NCADD-MD partners with state agencies, advocacy organizations, and communities to reduce stigma, shape public health legislation, and improve outcomes for all Marylanders.
