Sierra MacEachron

Sierra MacEachron is the Epidemiology Supervisor for the Office of Epidemiology and Data at Franklin County Public Health where she works to improve local health outcomes by ensuring community initiatives are driven by data. MacEachron leverages her training in social epidemiology and partnerships with community organizations to collect, analyze, and communicate data in ways that uplift community action. In addition to her work focused on suicide and community violence, she focuses on social drivers of health, like housing and adverse childhood experiences, to address upstream causes of health inequities. Through her role in Frankllin County, MacEachron works closely with the Franklin County Suicide Prevention Coalition to identify and fill gaps with quantitative and qualitative data to support local suicide prevention initiatives. She is the current chair of the their Data & Research Action team.
