Food Systems for Health Steering Committee Member

Regis is a part of Share Our Strength's No Kid Hungry Center for Best Practices, where he is responsible for identifying best practices and providing technical assistance to increase accessibility and affordability of federal school meal programs. This work includes providing education and implementation assistance regarding policy provisions for and the data and technology systems and processes behind free and reduced-price school meals.

It takes more than food to end hunger. Share Our Strength is helping kids, families and communities through the No Kid Hungry campaign – and working on the root causes of hunger to create more financial security for families. No Kid Hungry's Center for Best Practices is comprised of program, policy, and innovation experts committed to ending hunger by providing information and resources to stakeholders, conducting programmatic and policy research and analysis, and testing promising ideas to identify emerging best practices.
