Lauren Niles

Lauren Niles is a Principal at Health Management Associates (HMA), where she works in consultative and collaborative arrangements with clients to assist their organizations with advancing their goals related to improving behavioral health care (substance use disorders and mental health conditions) quality. The clients that seek HMA’s services are varied, but primarily sit within the public sector, and include state Medicaid agencies, state behavioral health agencies, payers, providers and provider organizations, community behavioral health organizations, hospitals, and correctional health organizations and agencies.

HMA is a national research and health care consulting firm focused on assisting clients in publicly funded health care entities achieve their goals. To address the needs of clients, HMA assembles multi-disciplinary teams of experts with backgrounds in policy, quality, implementation, strategic planning, clinical care, and operations.
