Julia Ettelbrick

Julia Ettelbrick is the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration Program Coordinator at Sun River Health, managing the SAMHSA-funded Targeted Capacity Expansion grant program at two community health clinics in the Bronx, New York. This program, operating through Sun River Health’s medication assisted treatment program, offers substance use treatment counseling to all Bronx-based Sun River Health patients and community members, and provides high-level care management to patients who are actively using substances or are in treatment for substance use disorder, and who are positive for or at risk of contracting HIV or Hepatitis C as a result of substance use. Previously, Ettelbrick worked for The Undetectables Program at Sun River Health, an initiative that incentivized antiretroviral adherence for individuals living with HIV or CDC-defined AIDS.
