Joshua Ogburn

Joshua Ogburn is a Population and Whole Child Health Program Advisor for Nemours Children’s Health Value-Based Services Organization. In this role, Joshua collaborates with colleagues to develop innovative delivery and payment models. Nemours Children’s is one of the nation’s largest multistate pediatric health systems, which includes two free-standing children's hospitals and a network of more than 70 primary and specialty care practices. Nemours seeks to transform the health of children by adopting a holistic health model that utilizes innovative, safe, and high-quality care, while also caring for the health of the whole child beyond medicine.

Joshua previously held roles as Project Director for the RVA Childhood Asthma Collaborative, founding Director of the University of Virginia Pay for Success Lab, and a staffer for U.S. Senator Mark R. Warner (D-VA). Joshua holds a Master of Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, a Master of Public Policy from the University of Virginia, a Bachelor of Arts in Public and Urban Affairs from Virginia Tech, and an Associate of Arts from Colorado Mountain College.
