Colorado Access is a local, nonprofit healthcare company that has been partnering with community members to care for the health of Coloradans for 25 years. Colorado Access envisions healthy communities transformed by the care people want at a price all can afford, aiming for lower costs, better care, and improved population health. Colorado Access is the only organization in Colorado caring for members across a continuum of health services, from Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid Program) physical and behavioral health to Child Health Plan Plus and long-term services and supports. This broad view allows the organization to stay focused on members’ unique needs while creating integrated systems to serve them better. Using an integrated health care model, Colorado Access engages with community partners and providers, bringing all sides together to coordinate resources in a way that is most beneficial to members. Guided by the core values of compassion, trust, excellence, collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, Colorado Access cares for members and their health.
