Victory Programs is a Boston-based nonprofit organization dedicated to opening the door to hope, recovery, and community for individuals and families facing homelessness, addiction, and chronic health conditions. Guided by a philosophy of care rooted in harm reduction, trauma-informed practices, motivational interviewing, and client-driven goal setting, Victory Programs offers individualized, strengths-based services that meet people where they are. The organization has a long history of responding to unmet needs, beginning with being one of the first to support individuals living with both HIV and substance use disorder during the height of the AIDS epidemic, and continues to help people stabilize their lives, build trust, and work toward long-term self-sufficiency. The Boston Living Center, a program of Victory Programs, provides community, nourishment, resources, and integrated support for people navigating HIV, chronic illness, substance use, housing instability, and other barriers to health and wellness.
