Amy Park serves as the Division Chief of the Local Addictions Authority in the Bureau of Behavioral Health at the Baltimore County Department of Health in Baltimore, Maryland. In this role, Amy leads the agency’s overdose response efforts and oversees programs including harm reduction, peer recovery support services, buprenorphine expansion, and non-fatal overdose outreach. She has worked closely with the Baltimore County Detention Center over the last five years to support the implementation and expansion of a medication for opioud use disorder (MOUD) program for individuals who are incarcerated at the facility. She is dedicated to reducing stigma and advocating for expanded and accessible services for individuals who use drugs.
