Improving Lives for Children and Teens: The Bloomberg American Health Initiative

Youth disconnection can lead to a wide array of challenges for adolescents. But disconnection can be prevented by deploying the tools of public health to develop evidence-based policies to keep young people engaged in school and work.

The following video, featured at the inaugural Bloomberg American Health Summit, identifies ways to improve the lives of disconnected adolescents and highlights Bloomberg fellow alum Mónica Guerrero Vázquez.
