Brendan Saloner
Brendan Saloner, Ph.D., is an assistant professor of Health Policy and Management at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. He studies issues related to financing and access to evidence-based treatment for individuals with substance use disorders. Dr. Saloner is the co-leader of the Addiction and Overdose working group of the Bloomberg American Health Initiative. He is the recipient of an early career award from the National Institute on Drug Abuse, and the Greenwall Foundation Anniversary Fellowship in Bioethics from the National Academy of Medicine. Dr. Saloner holds a Ph.D. in Health Policy from Harvard, and was a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Health and Society Scholar at the University of Pennsylvania.
